Fishing 04

Guillermo Artiaga

September 4, 1937 ~ May 24, 2022 (age 84)

Guillermo Artiaga was born in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, C.A. He moved to New York in 1969, resided in the Bronx. He relocated to Brooklyn where he raised a family of four. Although he was strict in his ways, he taught us valuable life lessons which we now as parents instill in our children.

He spent most days watching his beloved soccer team “Marathon” and patiently waited for the summer to arrive so that he can fish with his loved ones. Throughout the family, he was known for cooking an amazing ceviche that was cut to perfection and his delicious chop suey.

He is survived by his wife Elizabeth Artiaga of 62 years of marriage and his four kids Mirna, Guillermo Jr., Lurbin, and Yvette. He will be terribly missed as he was loved by all.
