Dylan James Theall

August 22, 1989 ~ September 17, 2022 (age 33)

It is with tremendous heavy heart that the family of Dylan Theall announces
his passing on Saturday September 17, in his apartment in Brooklyn, NY.
Dylan will be forever remembered by mother Patti Theall of Cape Cod, MA;
father Jolie Theall of California, sister Cassidy Theall of Austin, TX.,
significant other Maggie Garnan of Florida and extended family and friends.
Dylan was born in Williamsburg, VA and raised in Boulder, CO. He was an
avid drummer and performed in both Boulder and Denver in his teenage
years under the band name “Linden Ave.” He studied clothing design at
the Art Institute in Denver, CO then at the Art Institute in Hollywood, CA.
He started his own line of clothing, bartended and as of late was working in
the film industry.
Dylan loved to travel, he enjoyed music, camping, reading and perhaps
most of all, being with his friends. He was the great connector, having
friends all over the world. Love is often reserved for those closest to us,
but Dylan’s life exemplified the expansive power of love, as he gave freely
to all he connected with: strangers, neighbors, colleagues and adversaries
alike. May we keep his legacy alive in paying this love forward to all we
encounter, human beings and animals alike.
A celebration of life will be held at the family camp, his “happy place,” at 39
Knights Landing Road, Brownville, Maine on Saturday June 24, 2023.
Please contact Patti Theall, 60 Widgeon Lane, West Barnstable, MA 02668
303-517-5966 for more details.
