Angelina “Lina” Juan Raymundo, joined our Creator on a Glorious day of January 31st, 2021 at the age of 77, surrounded by her children and siblings in Queens, New York.
She was the widower of Francisco Raymundo and they shared 55 loving years where they had 4 children, Peachy (Rico), Kaye (Nanding), Joel (Myla), and Nina (Chito), and 11 grandchildren, Martin, Joshua, Gabriel, Lemuel, Lala, Liam, Patricia, Angelou, Nick, Gaby, and Dani.
Born in the town of Obando, Bulacan in the Philippines, she was the second child of Nicholas and Teresa Juan. She is survived by her siblings, Susie, Nini, Jojo, Baby, and Jojie.
She battled cancer for more than a year, but it never stopped her from giving out her motherly love. She was a gentle, loving, and nurturing mother who is remembered for her dedication and commitment to providing love and care for her children and grandchildren. She was an amazing cook and loved sharing her delicious cooked food and recipes with her siblings and family. She was a great listener and the best secret keeper. When her husband died in 2017, she was a constant source of strength for her family. She left comforting words to her family during her final days, giving her “I love you’s” and “thank you’s” to her family and saying she’s very happy and that she’s ready to go. She was visited by her spiritual comforter, our parish priest, multiple times to give her the final blessings with a plenary indulgence. Her family was left knowing she IS in a BETTER place and that no more pain and suffering endures. She will be forever missed and continuously loved not only by her family but by all those who got to know her in her lifetime. Mission Accomplished for our dear, Angelina.
No funeral service will be held at this time and Inurnment will be scheduled sometime in spring at The Gate of Heaven Cemetery and Mausoleum at 225 Ridgedale Ave. East Hanover, NJ.
